Please read these conditions carefully before placing an order with BELCYN.COM. By placing an order with BELCYN.COM, you signify your agreement to be bound by these conditions.

 

These Conditions of Sale govern the sale of products by BELCYN.COM, to you. We offer a wide range of BELCYN.COM Services, and sometimes additional terms may apply. When you use an BELCYN.COM Service (for example Your Profile), you will also be subject to the terms, guidelines and conditions applicable to that BELCYN.COM Service ("Service Terms"). If these Conditions of Sale are inconsistent with the Service Terms, those Service Terms will control.

Your order is an offer to BELCYN.COM to buy the product(s) in your order. When you place an order to purchase a product from BELCYN.COM, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. The Order Receipt Confirmation E-mail is acknowledgement that we have received your order, and does not confirm acceptance of your offer to buy the product(s) ordered. We only accept your offer, and conclude the contract of sale for a product ordered by you, when we ship the product to you and send e-mail confirmation to you that we've shipped the product to you. If your order is shipped in more than one package, you may receive a separate Shipping Confirmation E-mail for each package, and each Shipping Confirmation E-mail and corresponding shipment will conclude a separate contract of sale between us for the product(s) specified in that Shipping Confirmation E-mail. Your contract is with BELCYN.COM. BELCYN.COM can cancel your order for a product before we send the Shipping Confirmation E-mail relating to that product.

 

You consent to receive sales invoices electronically. Electronic invoices will be will be sent to the email that you have provided at the time of your order. For each delivery, we will inform you in our Shipping Confirmation E-mail if an electronic invoice is available.

 

BELCYN.COM focuses on business development for end users, and prohibits sales by resellers. Sales by resellers refer to behavior of customers who resell to their direct customers of products purchased from BELCYN.COM. If BELCYN.COM finds out that you resell products purchased from BELCYN.COM, we reserve the right not to allow product purchase by your account and may permanently close your account.

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Eligible returns of products purchased on BECLYN.COM must first be approved. Customers can email beclyn.director@gmail.com outlining the issue and requesting return information.  If the return is approved by BECLYN.COM, then information will be provided on where to send the item. The customer is not only responsible for return shipping costs, but also must package products properly to ensure no damage. Items must be returned in accordance with the requirements outlined below, within 15 days from the date of delivery. Refunds can take up to 30 days to process and return payment.

 

Returned merchandise must meet the below requirements in order to be accepted for a refund:

• All items must be in original condition with original tags attached. All merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. For lingerie products, the underwear protection, when provided, must also be intact. 

• Beauty products may only be returned if unopened within 15 days from the date of delivery.

• Certain items such as jewelry, watches, sunglasses and ready-to-wear may be shipped with a return tag attached.  Returns on these specific items will only be honored if the label remains intact.

• Due to the intimate nature of swimwear, tights and lingerie, these products should be tried on wearing your own clothing underneath.

• Made to Order, DIY and personalized items and lingerie products are final sale and cannot be returned.

• Items with non-standard dimensions may require special return instructions. If you would like to return one of these items, please beclyn.director@gmail.com.

• All items must match those identified in return request.

• ALL ARTWORK SALES ARE FINAL. ARTWORK CAN NOT BE RETURNED.

 

WARRANTY

BELCYN.COM provides no warranty on any products purchased.

PRICING AND AVAILABILITY

All prices are inclusive to BELCYN.COM. We list availability information for products sold by us on the Website including on each product information page. Beyond what we say on that page or otherwise on the Website, we cannot be more specific about availability. As we process your order, we will inform you by e-mail as soon as possible if any products you order turn out to be unavailable and will refund you if you are charged for those products.

 

FREE SHIPPING & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Shipping costs are already factored into the product prices to ALL ORDERS SHIP FOR FREE.  All products have a 2-3 week ESTIMATED shipping time.  Please note that unless otherwise stated on the Website, delivery estimates are just that. They are not guaranteed delivery times and should not be relied upon as such. Many of our products come directly from the designers both within and outside the United State, so despite our best efforts there are occasional issues out of our control.  We will try our best to communicate any problems as soon as possible, however by purchasing through our website you are agreeing to be understanding and flexible. If you need a product sooner you many email beclyn.director@gmail.com to see what rush options are available, however be aware that most designer products are unable to be rushed.

 

PRODUCT INFORMATION

Unless expressly indicated otherwise (“BECLYN” private label), BECLYN.COM is not the manufacturer of the products sold on this Website. While we work to ensure that product information on our Website is correct, actual product packaging and materials may contain more and different information to that displayed on our Website. All information about the products on our Website come directly from our designers and are provided for information purposes only. Although we strive for complete accuracy, we recommend that you do not rely solely on the descriptions presented on our Website.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Unfortunately we do not accept multiple forms or payment.  At this time, we only accept one form of payment per order. Your credit card will be charged immediately upon clicking “place order”.

 

OUR LIABILITY

BECLYN.COM and its Affiliates will not be responsible for (i) losses that were not caused by any breach on our part, or (ii) any business loss (including loss of profits, revenue, contracts, anticipated savings, data, goodwill or wasted expenditure), or (iii) any indirect or consequential losses that were not foreseeable to both you and us when the contract for the sale of products by us to you was formed.

We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your right to have the products sent to you within a reasonable time.

AMENDMENTS TO THE CONDITIONS OF SALE

We reserve the right to make changes to our Website, policies, and terms and conditions, including these Conditions of Sale at any time. You will be subject to the terms and conditions, policies and Conditions of Sale in force at the time that you order products from us.

 

WAIVER

If you breach these Conditions of Sale and we take no action, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach these Conditions of Sale.

 

AGE

We do not sell products for purchase by children. The Services are generally not intended for persons under the age of eighteen (18) years (or age of majority of the individual's relevant jurisdiction). If you are under this age, please do not view, use, register for, or subscribe to, the Website or the Services. If BECLYN.COM becomes aware that you are under eighteen (18) years of age or any other majority age in your jurisdiction (or fraudulently misrepresented your age during the registration or subscription process, if applicable), we will promptly cancel your registration, or subscription, if any, and stop providing you the Services.
